Terms & Condition
1. Booking are basis first come first serve.
2. 100% advance payment for confirmation/execute of your booking.
3. Every member must keep his/her CNIC.
4. Member should report 30 minutes before departure time.
5. Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
6. All rates are excluding of Gov. Taxes.
7. You will listen to our team instructors at all times.
8. You understand you are responsible to pay all fees, the fee is non-refundable and must be paid by Cash or Online Transfer.
9. You understood that must use your own transportation to reach the site.
10. You’re understood that you must attend the scheduled day for the trip on time or missed looking for your seat.
11. Member must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, Divers Club can cancel his/her trip at any time.
12. No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to Rains, Ruff Sea, Storms, Land Sliding, Accident, Flat Tyres, Engine Failure or other vehicle mal-function etc.
13. 0% Refund if I am canceling my tour less than 7 days before the event.
14. 2 Person Sharing for Married Couples would be charged extra for the couple.
15. Divers Club is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
16. Divers Club is not responsible for the loss of any kind of valuable item.
17. No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the trip during the event.
18. Divers Club can cancel the booking at any time.
19. Divers Club can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
20. A minimum number of 12 people is required to execute a trip
21. The trip is not suitable for people who are not traveling enthusiasts. The participants would have to adjust to the situations of the trip accordingly
22. In case a trip is called off by DC due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
23. A/C will not be operational in hilly areas.
24. Extra Mattress will be provided in the group, not extra bed when we tell 3/4 sharing of room
25. Only 10 Kg Cargo bags are allowed & every member is responsible and has to carry his/her own luggage.
26. In case of online payments, we can charge 2.5% on the total cost of the event and merchant copy will be signed by the credit card/Debit Card holder only.
27. In case of Snowfall / road blockage we will go for second option after consulting it with the participants.
28. In case we need to put snow chains on tire, expenses will be divided equally on all participants.
